Returns & Damages

We will gladly replace any item, subject to availability, or issue a refund, if goods are returned (at the customer's expense) in its original packaging, unsoiled and unused, within 14 days of receipt (this does not effect your statutory rights). Call the Returns line on: 01823-421643. Please be prepared to provide the unique cart ID, invoice, transaction reference or order number specified in the order confirmation sent to your email address.

Where an exchange is agreed, re-delivery is free.

If an item is faulty, it must be returned to us for inspection and, if necessary, we will forward it on to the manufacturer for testing, before replacement goods or refunds can be issued. Postage fees will be reimbursed on justified claims. Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office to enable you to claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

The exterior packaging for all returns should be clearly marked with our Return Reference (normally the Despatch Note or Invoice reference number) and addressed to:
